Bill had been in the home electronic repair business for most of his life. He pulled the plug at the end of June, 2007, and retired at the age of 83. Bill did warranty repairs for most of the major manufacturers for many years as well as for his customers with out-of-warranty sets. The layout of the store is confusing, the DVDs are completely out of order, they don't have items in stock that are readily available at most other stores, customer service is ridiculous, you have to go up to an employee to ask for help instead of them coming to you. Overall, I wouldn't recommend going to this Circuit City. It would be worth your drive to find another one, or go to Target or Best Buy for whatever you needed.
