Your technician came by this evening and took a look at our system for us. I really want to tell you how much that means to Teresa and I. You and your staff show nothing but the best in professionalism and great workmanship. We remember the experience of your staff coming into our home as a very pleasurable experience. I call Mr Rooter after a bad experience with another plumber. Mr Rooter not only fixed the problem, they showed me my sewer line with a camara and didn't charge me extra like the other company tried to do. They looked all over my home and gave me a check list of pass/fail items and then told me what could wait and what I should have my husband look at and if I wanted call them to help.
