I hired this company for a voc eval and paid thousands of dollars up front. They failed to deliver a usable product. They failed to testify to the authenticity of their report. The reports are devoid of any meaningful research or leads. Their evaluators, like Kathleen Young, are ignorant with no real world experience. I recently completed the online training from the College of Automotive Management and all I can say is WOW! I've been in the car business for over 20 years as a salesman, finance manager, sales manager, even GM so I thought I knew just about everything there was to know about the biz. I decided to take the courses at the college because I've always heard good things about their program and I believe you should never stop learning.
