Burrow Escrow Services gives poor service. Not my first time using escrow services and this company is the worst, I was stuck with them because the other party chose them. They don't like to answer the phone, voicemail says not to leave message but email instead. Send them emails and they don't respond or respond in a very untimely manner. Not good for trying to close escrow on a deadline. They have a laissez-faire attitude about giving good customer service. Not one person is a good contact person to talk to about your account, I was called twice about the same issue after it was resolved and one person says all is good and another person says there are still problems. None of them seem to be on the same page, like they are passing the file around from one to another but not keeping updated information. I wasn't even sure my escrow officer existed.
