DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!\t\n\t\n\t\nI will be going to small claims court in the near future as the company has refused to refund my money. I made an order, but cancelled it to the next day as I was skeptical of their service. They have yet to refund my $2500 and it has been 16 months! I never could get a hold of the elusive Connie who I was always told would call me back (I always spoke with a secretary who could not help me). I got an e-mail months later saying they planned to pay me back but were in bankruptcy. They said the bank had cancelled their checking account. They said they would make payments to me for the refund and would make the first payment in two weeks. That was six months ago. I am a firefighter who buys equipment for our stations from money the guys all chip into an account. We are not very happy about this company STEALING our money. I've reported them to the B.B.B. and will be taking them to court soon. If they would do this to us, you can bet they wouldn't have a problem doing it to you! By the way, THEY HAVE AN ""F"" RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. ...read more
