As a regular customer I have spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment, referred numerous new customers and am shocked at the way the employees of Harbor Detail in San Pedro are allowed to operate. As I waited for the usual treatment of my automobile I witnessed a very disturbing exchange between the employees and a motorist in the street, as the job of detailing cars quickly turned to gang representation against a motorist blocking a portion of the businesses driveway. When it was deemed that the car would not be a patron of Harbor Detail the employee was quick to let the driver know that they should move their car to another location because "This is Rancho Property" In reference to R.S.P. a violent street gang from the San Pedro Area, and that they should watch out that they would be taken care of "In The Hood" You would think that a business like this would want to protect it's reputation, unless that is their reputation. I have been around cars my whole life because of my father restoring cars and motorcycles. Also a sponsored driver in my younger years. Harbor Detailing is the best! My older car looked and shined better than the new car setting next to it! The customer service is as great as their service. I always feel special with my older car that was the last car my father built before he past away. I am very pleased with the business and wish the very best. I highly,highly recommend! ...read more
