Wow, these guys have poor customer service! They don't answer the phone and when they do they transfer you to a department where you can get answers to your questions and then THEY won't answer either! I called 3 times to the San Marcos Best Buy on a Saturday early afternoon. The first time it range about 10 times, then it just hung up. The second time, rang 22 times, I hung up. 4 new Electroux appliances. 2 were bad from start. Replacement process much too painful. No dishwasher for month. Still don't have replacement or working unit. Replacement fridge now needs service to adjust doors. Scheduled delivery of replacement dishwasher didn't happen as the store failed to schedule the removal of the old unit before in the install of the new unit. And for this we paid $6K?
