I emailed some files over for copies as instructed. I was told that they would call me back shortly after receipt with a quote. No call after 1.5 hours. I checked email. Received an email stating they needed my tel no to call. It was on the email that I sent them. I sent my tel number back again. Nothing again. I called and was told my printing was complete and when was I going to pick it up. The package looked a little thin when I picked it up. The counter person got snarkey with me because I questioned the quantity. When I arrived home with my copies, the number of copies was incorrect. The bill bill was high.
