Dear Management: After being a cusotmer of MS (San Jose office), originally Dean Witter, for over 25+ years, I have pulled all of our funds (over $400K) with your institution out. I have done this due to what I call a degradation in your broker and customer services. I guess I just got spoiled by Frank Seay for a number of years. I could depend on getting a periodic call from Frank on various ideas for investment. He was responsive in returning calls and, most of all courtwous. I found him to be outstanding, which is why I stayed with your firm even thought I did have other investment and brokerage firms as well. II cannot say the same thing about hi my current boroker Ryan Seay. Customer Service appears to not be a priority with your firm anymore. . Given the brokerage fees, I came to the conclusion that I would transfer my investments to one of my other firms for significantly less fees. I thought you should be aware of this information. These people live up to their online reputation. I started an online application which included personal information. Checked out their online reputation and decided against finishing the application. After 3 calls the information is still in their system.
