We had bought all new kitchen faucets, high end. All over you when you want to buy something. One of the faucets stopped rotating left to right, and I went into the store to find out about warranty. The lady I spoke with said she could not do anything without our purchase receipt. She allegedly could not find us in their customer database. Offered no help at all, and treated me like I was trying to con her. Told her we would never enter their store again or buy anything due to her attitude. Good, helpful attitude would have meant more sales. True to my word, have not been back to the store in years, and have told all my friends about the lack of customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THE STORE AND THE OWNER BRUCE MC COMBS HAS A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE. IN ADDITION TO BRUCE BASICLY STEALING MY HARD EARNED CASH AND THINKING NOTHING OF IT. BRUCE IS REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ON A BEDFRAME THAT WAS SOLD IN THE BOX THAT THE WOOD DOES NOT EVEN MATCH ITSELF! BRUCE AND PACIFICE BEDROOMS ADVERTISES ONLINE THAT THEY ARE A REPUTABLE SUPPLIER OF "BLACKHAWK" FURNITURE. THE FACT IS PACIFICE BEDROOMS HAS ALL LEFTOVER FURNITURE AND BRUCE MC COMBS IS MAKING A LOT OF MONEY TRYING TO SELLING LOW QUALITY MANUFACTURED FURNITURE. I HAVE GIVEN HIM AMPLE TIME TO RETURN MY HARD EARNED CASH AND HE IS REFUSING. WE WILL BE FILING A SMALL CLAIM SUIT IN SANTA CLARA ALONG WITH TELLING EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will get you everywhere. Albert Einstein. What is an inspired design? The answer is as unique as you are. Each person has their own sense of style. Colors that they love and can affect their mood, pictures and or scenes that evoke memories and or pleasant sensations. All of these items are combined to give your inspired design. To help you find sort out your design style, start cutting out and saving pictures that evoke pleasant emotions. Find pictures of colors, houses, rooms, furniture and landscaping. Begin a scrap book of these pictures. Jot down notes about why or what you like about the picture. I always take the pictures I like the most and make a collage with them. I hang it on the wall and look at it for a few weeks until I'm settled about whats the most important aspect. Once I have the most important aspect, I create around that. We had a client who loved Berebi door knobs and pulls so much she designed her entire kitchen around them. It is specular and she loves it.
