I went to Staples, arrived at 7:45 PM and was in the store 1min when an associate asked if I needed help. Great Service right? Wrong.He said they were closing in a few min. I go shop, and at 7:50 the speaker says its closing time, bring purchases to the front. At this point, I am used to crappy service so am not phased, when, not 2 minutes later I hear " The time is now 8:05 and Staples has been closed for 5 full minutes. Please bring your purchases to the front, I repeat, five full minutes" I look up to find two associates looking right at me. It's 7:55 PM. Maybe my watch is wrong, but I check my car and the clock says 7:57 PM. I dont mind they are closing, or being asked to leave, But, where is the customer service? Staples, you can’t stand for this type of rudeness when it comes to your bottom line. I will not be buying anything from you.
