I had ordered a bowl on Saturday May 3rd for Mother's Day. I kept checking my email to see if it had shipped and when it hadn't by Wednesday the 7th, I called customer service. I gentleman told me they are NOT Amazon and it takes about 3-4 days to process so my package would not arrive till the Tuesday or Wednesday after Mother's Day. I was fine with this. Then on Monday the 12th, I get an email saying the item is on BACKORDER till June so they cancelled it! Really....like the man in customer service did NOT know this when I talked with him only 5 days before hand???? It would have been my first order and definitely the last. ...read more
