I made an appointment upon referral from my best friend and while looking for this business online, I came upon the prior review and was apprehensive.\t\n\t\nHowever, when I walked into the door, the Dr. greeted\t\nand welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable for the eye exam. He was patient, professional and caring.\t\n\t\nFollowing my exam I found two pairs of glasses, looking for a great deal like anyone else and at the same time wanting glasses I would be happy with.\t\nRita assisted me. She was friendly, warm and willing to work with me on what I could afford. This place was recommended to us by the optical department of Costco sunnyvale, as they do not do repair (anymore?). The place is very small but the person was friendly, fast and efficient: we went on a Saturday and for $30 he replaced a broken part of the frame holding the arm in an hour and an half. Since he did not have the material of the exact same color, he just painted the part he replace, the result looks great. Cash only. ...read more
