I have been a fan ever since the troupe first appeared here in San Jose, CA and have seen them before and loved their creativity with costumes, music, fabulous stage presentations and always marveled at their innovative acrobatic troupe which gave us breathtaking performances, etc. Their latest show called TOTEM that my brother and I saw last night was very disappointing because it lacked their usual avant garde edge and excitement. The costumes were common fare, the stage was too small and lackluster. Also a couple of the acts, I had already seen on TV shows, and it subsequently diminished the surprise factor and the whole experience seemed lackling of that creative WOW factor.
