In all honesty, the dentists are ok. They will get the work done, but not in a very professional manner. What has happened to professionalism in America? It seems to be a thing of the past. Many who come to this country open up shop and know nothing about how to be professional. Anyway, I digress! My experience with Lexann Dental is the worst experience with any industry let alone the Dental industry. First of all, when you first walk into the office, you are not greeted or even welcomed. The people at the front desk are RUDE, especially DIANE. She sits there with curlers in her hair, chewing gum and rolling her eyes around. Someone Please GET RID OF HER. I had to wait almost an hour before someone finally saw me even though I had an appointment. Then you're seeing by 3 different people before the actual dentist comes to see you. I too went to this place on a friend's recommendation because she said they give you a big cash discount. Diane (the skinny Vietnamese woman) was rude and very unpleasant with me when I told her if she can give me a cash discount.
