Here's my story. I was on the phone for about 2 hours with their customer service, and they told me after all of this, that my iPhone needed a new sim card. I went too the store and walked in. There was abuot 5 of those Representatives standing around talking with each other, so I went and asked the one nearest the desk for help. She proceeded too give me a look, as if I was "taking time away" from her precious talking schedule with her friends there. She asked the name on the account (who is my mother) and proceeded to treat me the whole time as if I was a liar. She didn't do anything but restore network settings and basically told me "Well good luck for you kid!". I than asked "I'm thinking maybe we should try DFU mode for the iPhone, what do you think?" and she looked at me and replied "WELL WHATS THAT?". If you do a quick search on google for "DFU" it's the complete factory settings. I fixed it in about 10 minutes. Thanks for your terrible service AT&T! PS: Rep's name was Charlene ...read more
