ACI installed a complete security camera system to monitor my place of work and also setup remote viewing. I was able to go on vacation and keep an eye on the shop while I was out of the country. They provided professional instillation and they trained the staff and myself on how to use our new system. We had an issue with our dynamic IP and within minutes they were logged in and able resolve the issue, wow! I was told by a major retailer to "just buy another laptop" when I took in my broken laptop. I found these guys and I took my laptop to them for repair. The techs over at Accelerated Communications quoted me a flat rate price and I got a call 2 hours later to pick up my laptop! It was ready and looking good as new! We had a power outage due to santa ana winds for 24 hours.. Our email was down and none of my employees has access to their emails. Computer Village routed our emails to a temporary server at their site and some how managed to get all of emplyees back to work. That 's what I call great service.
