This company is a huge scam! Jason, the crook who runs the place has multiple lawsuits against his fraudulent business. I had to sue him 2 times (and won both suits) to try to recoup money that he basically stole from me and my clients. He carries no professional licenses, they have been revoked by the state board. He was told point blank by the judge in one of my lawsuits that what he is doing is illegal. I originally consulted with the Outdoor Living guys with help getting a permit in a high risk fire zone and they were able to provide me the right information to get the conditions met when no one else in town could. I then contracted with their people and both of my projects were built simultaneously. We had a delay with a retaining issue, but I expected this project to be a headache.
