I got a teeth whitening yesterday at LA county Fair that was $45. The Asian woman running the vendor station charged me for two by mistake, $90, then ran a $45 refund. When I got home and checked my credit card online, the $90 charge was there but not there refund. I then noticed the refund was run offline. She also was not very nice about it.
