I recently purchased an Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Sport from this dealership, and couldn't have had an easier or more pleasant experience. After having an awful customer service experience with Alfa Romeo of Anaheim Hills, I was nearly put off the brand entirely, but thought I'd make one last attempt and called south to the guys in San Diego. Andres was simply fantastic to deal with; accommodating, polite, clear and communicative (without being overbearing), and worked with me to have everything in print before I made the drive from Orange County. My actual time in the dealership was maybe an hour, and all paperwork was prepared and ready to go as soon as I gave the thumbs up. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from Alfa Romeo of San Diego. They are a moderately sized dealership and so were able to provide a personalized experience that did not have the “corporate” feel of a super large dealership that is prevalent in Southern California. However, they were able to meet the price of any San Diego or Los Angles area dealership. They were very straightforward and transparent about the financial end of the purchase. My Sales Associate was Hector Yorba who introduced me to Ray, the General Manager who was also helpful during the sale. I was introduced to the Service Manager, Joel Golliday and the technician, Kobe, who specialized in my particular model. Kobe was very patient and knowledgeable in answering my technical questions.
