A notary by the name of Gregg Miller, Commission #1819154 expiring Nov 18, 2012, notarized a power of attorney and charged $10 for this service. The notary acknowledgment's verbiage that came on the document was incorrect, however Mr. Miller still used this invcorrect acknowledgment. The county recorder rejected the document for recording and stated that Mr. Miller should have replaced this acknowledgment with a corrected one, but failed to do so.
