Went to Tao last night for reflexology. I was a big fan when it was Zenspa but now it sucks. I'd give the foot massage 3 stars, the rest of the massage 2 stars and their customer service, payment and tip procedure NEGATIVE 5 STARS if I could. It wasn't the best massage in the world but left $5 tip anyway. Then, woman at the counter berated me for leaving a $5 tip. She said "our recommended tip for a one hour massage is $10", and I said I left 20%, she said "but they touch your feet" you should really leave them $10. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any massage establishment. I was outraged. ...read more

I been going to.salon and the other stylist charged me a heffty penny and its been 4 days and she didnt even call me back. The weave she put in ,you can tell she really didnt know how to put hair in ,the weave is to full in the back and the front part was so thin. You can sery tracks, the threads that you tie into the weavr is knotted at the top of my hair, she had the weave going in one circle and I couldnt even pull move my hair around to manage it. When my friend seen my hair they said what happen, who did this terrible job. I told them innovations tresille did it, I cal the same day, she had called me back. I am not happy with trselle work this time. She need to upgrade her weaves techniques before than a couple months prior she did my weave and took it down with mostly ally hair. Something is wrong. Virgin Hair: Virgin hair is hair that has never been processed or treated with ANY kind of chemicals. The hair is in its natural state with its cuticles running in the same direction and in tact. You can bleach, dye and process Virgin hair just as you would your own. Remy (Virgin) Hair: Remy hair is hair that has all the cuticles running in the same direction. Remy hair differs from Virgin hair mainly in that it has been CHEMICALLY processed for color or texture, but the cuticle still remains in tact so the hair will not tangle. TYPES OF VIRGIN HAIR: Indian: It's the most versatile and readily available on the market. The hairs density is very fine. It's naturally airy, light and bouncy and can easily be curled and styled. Indian hair moves effortlessly with minimal products. It also blends well with most hair textures. This hair texture can be found ranging from silky to lightly coarse. This hair will swell and become frizzy in humid weather and in foggy conditions. Anti-frizz products are highly suggested.
