Access Shuttle

STAY AWAY... highly unreliable and unprofessional. I booked with them because I saw their name on SAN airport website and hoped for a good service. I reserved with them for my 8am flight and the driver never showed up. I had requested a 5am pickup and despite having confirmed over the phone the previous night, the shuttle never came. I waited till 5:30am before I called their number, only to get an answering machine. At 5:45am the owner responded back and said she will need half hour or so to track down the driver. There was no sign of any apology. My experience was extremely bad and led to unnecessary panic on the day of travel. I had to call my friend to make alternate arrangements to reach the airport at the last minute and was lucky to have reached there on time with my wife and 2 year old.
