This is the worst community to live in. I personally live here myself suffering from the horrible and greedy homeowners association. There is an animal problem in this community; rats, raccoons, and coyotes roam the streets and are dangering our community and the association doesn't even make a move. There is constantly a giant boat in the middle of the street that is being painted and cleaned daily which makes our everyday lives harder because it is hard to drive through the street with the giant boat in the way.... and the association doesn't do anything. Also, there is a parking problem, you cant even park your OWN vehicle on the street without getting it towed unless you buy a parking pass which is just a giant ripoff. Moreover, I pay an excessive amount of money to the homeowners association every month and they don't even do a thing, the street is always dirty, trash is always roaming around the streets, dog poo everywhere, and there is no security or gate to protect us. I do not recommend buying a house here because the greedy and selfish homeowners association from the Villa Pacifica street are just wanting the money for themselves and are not improving the community in anyway, in fact they are harming us and just eating away our money. ...read more
