Be aware that installing your above ground pool is low on their priority list. If you have any extra work that you would like them to do with the pool installation make sure that is clearly defined IN WRITING what you are expecting to have done. Apparently when when you ask them to install something, providing the item to install is not included. I asked for gravel to be installed after my above ground pool was installed and they asked me where the gravel was....they are very illusive with providing a full cost for the entire project. There was a lot of "that wasn't included in the price". Ask for a detailed description of everthing to be provided and installed before scheduling work with them. American Leak Detection fixed a leak for us. When we found that the spa was still leaking, we called several times to let them know there must be another leak. Our pool guy even called and they would not return the phone calls. Have to pay another company to come back and finish the job. Very unprofessional and more expensive than other quotes we've received since then. Advise going with an owner operated company that will come back if you have a problem. ...read more
