They have not showed up 2 times for July the 3rd&4th time had no bags. The same for month of Aug the 2nd&3rd time Still did not show up Its not nice customers show up waste there time and GAS to go there No reason why they are not showing up this Is very BAD on there own behalf ...read more

I've never had such bad customer service as I have experienced with SMR. I'm a future tenant and have had the worst, most unprofessional agent. Dana is an employee of SMR and is the one handling our lease, she has failed to keep her word many times. She arrives late to show the house, she is hard to get a hold off. She does not return calls and she fails to communicate. We had our walk through scheduled yesterday and she did not show up. She wasted our time when i tried calling her she did not answer. The property was not up to par like she had promised. I've never been so disappointed like this. By far the worst property services ever.!!!! Don't use them if you are thinking of renting from them.
