If you have very simple taxes to have done, they should be fine. We had several years to take care of due to illness. They botched the job big time. They only did two years, didn't call with questions and overnighted on a Friday without putting Saturday delivery on the package. This mistake cost us another penalty as it had to be handed in by a certain date. \t\nAlso, we wanted to go over all the paperwork in person, only to be told we could not as they are not based in California. The person who we saw was only a "filter" person to get customers and the work was done back east.NEVER EVER AGAIN will we use this service again. Over $500 spent and nothing finished.
