My wife and I have been patients at the McKee Clinic in San Bernardino. We are extremely disappointed with the staff at this location. My wife is in excruciating pain from sciatica problems. When we call the clinic, we can only leave voicemail recordings because no one ever answers the phone. We have called and asked for refills for my wife’s medication, as well as requesting to speak with her PCP, Dr. Marianne Ronay. We called several times last week and three straight days this week. We have never once received the courtesy of a call back from the doctor or the clinic. What is a person in pain suppose to do to get some relief? I have brought my mother to this location twice already. Upon entering on both occasions, front staff is the least bit inviting. I'm uncertain as to why the front desk is so unpleasant. Maybe they had a bad morning, afternoon, or perhaps a bad stroke of luck. Regardless, their lack of professional working ethics is not justified in any way. Patients shouldn't feel uncomfortable in a medical setting. Front staff should really implement great customer service skills into their work ethics & a welcoming smile wouldn't hurt either.
