Sacramento Taxi

The best service I ever had. They are always on time and I will suggest RAYSTAR TAXI to anybody. The cabs are very clean, the drivers are courteous and they can accept credit cards with no additional charge while using it compared to other cabs, which is very convenient.\t\n\t\nCall them @ 916 222 4499\t\nThey are always available to answer your call.\t\nI love their customer service, always smiling and very professional\t\n ...read more

Do I have to give them a star at all? I took the Super Shuttle from the Sacramento airport to my home. Also when you call their "customer support", a term I use loosely, they couldn't care less. I spoke to the frontline service they could only âÂÂsend an email to see if anyone has seen the boxâ and tell me to file a claim. I spoke to the CS supervisor, no help. Moved on Frank Carroll, the area manager, left several messages, he didnâÂÂt even have the courtesy to call back. Then I wen ...read more
