I can't even begin to describe how incompetent and unprofessional Angela at At Your Service Travel is. [sad][angry] We used her for a school trip to Kentucky. She managed to forget to tell me that she didn't pay for the rental car, even though we paid her for it. So when I arrived at the airport we had all sorts of trouble. I called her at 7:30am (CA time) and left a message explaining the problem and asking for a call back when she returned to the office. She didn't call me back for over 5 hours! How is that service?? \n\nOn our return flight she booked the first leg of the flight to land in Houston at 5:12pm and our connecting flight to Sacramento to begin loading at 5:12pm. How on earth does a travel agent not allow for delays in airlines! Incompetency- that's how! Our first flight was delayed 25 minutes. I tried to call her from the first airport but of course she didn't call me back. Luckily my mom convinced the airline to hold the plane for us so that I wasn't stranded in the Houston airport with 6 students. \n\nIf you use Angela and At Your Service Travel you are asking for the worst possible travel experience!! She is incompetent and has no business being a travel agent!!!! ...read more
