As a long-time resident of BimBoTree MHPark I can tell you it has deteriorated more than considerably. Mobile Home Park management is no easy task, I know, but while the cost of living here has gone up up up, services have gone down down down. And, we just got ANOTHER rent increase notice! Clever strategic moves have residents paying more for everything. Storz Management claims the on-site park office is open 1pm to 5pm Mon thru Fri, but the on-site manager is very seldom in the park. I won't mention that Storz hasn't published his name in the MHPark on-line listings . . . I can't help but wonder why. Motorcycle ownership seems to be a prerequisite of tenancy . . . and a constantly barking dog whose droppings are NEVER picked up seals the deal. ...read more

I just wanted to give a shout out to Rodney at DeMartini RV 's in Sac. I do not like making deals with dealers but Rodney was great. We e-mailed each other and made a deal. When we went to DeMartini RV in Sac Rodney Honored the deal. His staff treated us great and went the extra mile for us. We bought our Motorhome from him as is but found out the air was not working right, Rodney fixed it. That would have been $600 for me to fix it, Thank you Rodney :+) He was a blast to deal with... We will come back to Rodney when it's time to buy a new RV and will recommend him to family and friends. ...read more

I had purchased a motorhome and it was bought site on seen. I gave them an extra $500.00 to go thru the shop to check it out. It was used and a 1995 but it had only 45000 miles on it. 3 months after I bought it and only 200 miles later it needed a new transmission worth about $4000.00. Not a good dealer because they won't give my $500.00 back for the check up. ...read more
