I can't even begin to describe how incompetent and unprofessional Angela at At Your Service Travel is. [sad][angry] We used her for a school trip to Kentucky. She managed to forget to tell me that she didn't pay for the rental car, even though we paid her for it. So when I arrived at the airport we had all sorts of trouble. I called her at 7:30am (CA time) and left a message explaining the problem and asking for a call back when she returned to the office. She didn't call me back for over 5 hours! How is that service?? \n\nOn our return flight she booked the first leg of the flight to land in Houston at 5:12pm and our connecting flight to Sacramento to begin loading at 5:12pm. How on earth does a travel agent not allow for delays in airlines! Incompetency- that's how! Our first flight was delayed 25 minutes. I tried to call her from the first airport but of course she didn't call me back. Luckily my mom convinced the airline to hold the plane for us so that I wasn't stranded in the Houston airport with 6 students. \n\nIf you use Angela and At Your Service Travel you are asking for the worst possible travel experience!! Empire Limousine has some of the best party buses in Sacramento. We rented their 30 passenger party bus. The interior was just amazing, the ceiling had multiple colored lights, the karaoke machine was fun, and the whole bus was hi-tech. We got a decent price from them and had an amazing wine tour experience in Napa-Sonoma wineries. Will rent from them again. Keep it up guys. ...read more

We rented a Hummer Limo in Sacramento from Empire Limousine for our prom event. Our dispatcher was helpful, he explained the terms of the contract and features in the limo. We easily booked the limo after a few phone calls. On the day of the service, we had a beautiful white Hummer limo on our door-step. The limo was clean and on time. Our driver Winston was polite and opened the door for us. We loved the sound system of the limo, as it had plenty of bass and speakers were sharp. Everything went smoothly. The only thing the service lacked was that the limo was only stocked with water and ice. We wanted to have soda cans in the limo, but the management informed us that they do put any sodas or other beverages due to strict policy for the prom students. That is why I gave 4 stars, insteaf of 5 stars. But, I do recommend Empire Limousine to other customers looking for good prom limousine service in Sacramento at affordable rates. ...read more
