This "merchant" seems to be a scam. After a month of waiting for an item, I have learned that they have failed to ship the items they charged for, do not respond to direct email, to calls for communication through their website, or to multiple phone calls. I ordered a bracelet from Sephari in June. After weeks of no delivery, numerous attempts to contact by phone and e-mail with no response, I contacted BBB who has also had no response.
