It looks like a great store - however, I was only in there for a minute because the owners at the Rocklin store I was at, were incredibly rude. For being in business for over 30 years I would think that they should consider customer service as a focal point, instead of treating someone who walks with an indignant, hostile attitude. I was surprised, at the very least, that it was okay for them to ignore and become very rude to me the minute they thought I wasn't going to buy anything. I was actually in there to get to know more about their business and look for something for my sister-in-law who is a professional dancer. Judith has been an excellent teacher, always positive, cheerful and very good at encouraging us when things went wrong! She was also very good at picking up our mistakes and suggesting improvements in a kind way, without being strict or patronising. She helped us achieve a good level of performance, in a demanding song and we really surprised our guests; all this after having a near zero previous dancing experience!
