I can't speak of the doctors since I didn't get to see one but the receptionist was very RUDE. I went in wanting a sports physical for a collegiate activity and was told I couldn't receive one because they were only for minors???? when did they place an age limit on those? I was told I would need a regular physical which cost more $$ and when I asked about the Insurance I was brushed off and told that insurances didn't cover physicals. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. John (manager) does not care about his medi-care customers, all he wants is to get paid by medi-care. He fails to take care of his disabled customers once he puts the crappiest possible bed in your house (don't forget, after a year, it's yours!). We have been stood-up for scheduled appointments and drivers have shown up without actually making an appointment with us. John thinks it is the customers' job to "take responsibility for the bed," (I am quoting John) even if you are within the year and the bed is not yours yet. They dodge calls they don't want to take (like when you have called numerous times trying to get help or when you report them to medi-care and MEDI-CARE calls them). My mother is probably going to go back to sleeping on a camping cot with air mattress because the quality of both product and service is appalling. Someone should shut them down. ...read more
