I wouldn't recommend going to this "salon" a 3 hour appointment turned into a 5 hour appointment. I wasn't seen until over a hour AFTER my appointment time. I had to sit and watch the lady put in 3 other weaves while I sat there and waited. Why make an appointment if you aren't going to get to me for hours. I was quoted a price for a basic full sewn in weave and next thing I know it was a lot more than I expected and yet I still had a basic sewn in weave. The weave was so tight I asked the lady to ease up and she didn't. I ended up taking the weave out 2 days later because it hurt so bad. Wasted time and money. Do you suffer from flat hair? I have naturally curly hair, which requires quite a bite of product to keep from frizzing. Here in Houston, the weather doesn't help either. Due to the amount of product I put in my hair, this can weigh it down when I use a flat iron. I wanted to share a tip using some items you may already have in your home to remove build up and give your roots a lift. Take 2 cups of water, juice from 1 grapefruit and put into a spray bottle. Hello Ladies, Now, you all know summer is right around the corner. Are you bikini ready? If you’re like me, I've tried many different exercise moves to get that bigger, rounder, firmer butt and have had little to NO results. Recently, I visited a friend of mine who has been preparing for a fitness competition. After a month, I started to notice her butt was perkier, rounder and bigger than before. As an Avon Unit Leader, I have learned a little more about Networking and Team Building. It is not as easy as 1-2-3 ad many would have you believe. Friends and Family are tired of all of your new and improved business ideas and want you to get a real job and do a real service. Well I have also learned that any MLM or Home business and be a REAL Job and if you dedicate yourself to your home business like you would for an employer, your business will flourish and become a mainstream of income. I have since decided to run my Avon Business like I would if I were working in a retail environment for an employer. I start my day at 8 am and I am done by 5 pm with the exceptions of meeting and appointment scheduling. This way I am not burned out by the end of the week. Get dressed as if you work for someone else. Present yourself in a professional manner according to your profession. Dress up if need be, even if you never leave the house. I say this because, I have actually had people stop by my house and ask for brochures, or even to place an order. My home is my office. I have a sign outside in my yard that welcomes prospects. So needless to say I am serious about my business and it shows from outside of my home as well. Always be prepared to give an answer. In other words, know your business or know where to get the information. It is important to make your customer's realize that you are the expert in your field. Once I decided to run my business seriously, I got more orders, more leads, and more recruits. You decide if you want to be in business to be busy or to make money.
