I don't normally use UPS, but a client requested service that included 3rd. party shipping. I had already contacted UPS and knew what information was needed, so went to this location. First thing they did was hand me express envelopes that specifically say "not for ground shipments", and told me to use them for ground shipments. Next, they would not provide any labels so that I could print them with my computer -- they refused to give out any labels unless they complete and ship. Last, they won't do 3rd. party shipments regardless of what information is provided. I left, called UPS, and was told that this location was violating numerous UPS policies. Unfortunately, the corporate complaint line said that since they are a franchise, they don't have to obey the UPS rules! What? I guess the UPS sign on the front is meaningless. I found another location that was courteous, professional, and took care of all my needs. I absolutely could NEVER recommend this location to anyone! ...read more
