Our company contacted american web services, Inc, by and through Ed Williams. We were provided a dollar amount to make a new web site which they stated they could deliver withing 2 weeks after reviewing their schedule. It then proceeded to take 3 weeks (after constant calling) for them to even produce a contract (which was more than one week after the anticipated delivery date which they provided me for completion of the project), which i signed immediately and returned the same to them. After another week of telephone calls (un-returned). I spoke with a receptionist (finally someone answered the telephone) and asked when i would receive the contract back so that i could pay the requested deposit to them. I subsequently did receive a return call from the receptionist (not Ed Williams) who stated that they would not program our web site as they had verbally agreed to do so. No reason was provided after 1 month of non-communication on their part. American Web and Ed Williams knew that they had a tight time line, which they stated they could live within. Save yourself the time, frustration and lack of professionalism and go elsewhere. You know that for every bad review there are probably exponentially more dissatisfied customers .
