I bought a Hope Chest for my daughter at the Roseville R.C. Willie store. I was having it transferred to the Reno store. I was saddened to hear that it would not be at the Reno store until after Christmas. To my suprise I got a phone call several days before Christmas saying the Hope Chest was ready in Reno for my daughter to pick up. My daughter and I were both thrilled. My daughter drove to the Reno RC Willie and was told there was no Hope Chest there. She was upset to say the least. I called the Roseville store, and was told the Reno Manager ""borrowed"" the Hope Chest.....ours won't be ready until the beginning of January. I asked why the Hope Chest wasn't earmarked for me since I paid for it and got a phone call to pick it up. The salesperson said , ""yea, they should of let me know"". The answer is simple...they wanted to make a sale to a person who wanted the Hope Chest before Christmas. It is sad that RC Willie has this type of practice. Roseville Commercial Laundry has gotta be the worst laundry in sacramento. there would always be stains on our linens. bad service. if we were short linens, they wouldnt make any special deliveries, even though we wouldnt mind paying a little more for them. we would have to wash them ourselves! when we told them that we were going to switch laundries, they told us that we would always lose some of their towels but didnt charge a loss. the problem with that is we would always count what we turned in. dont fall for that trap, they must say that to the accounts they still have. my friend works for a hotel in sac. they had them wash their sheets and linens. they just switched to another laundry because of stains on linens and were way overpriced. i now have another laundry that gives me linens with NO STAINS and turned out to be way CHEAPER! if you are looking for a laundry service, dont even consider them. if your currently serviced by them, i recommend switching to any other laundry! ...read more

I have to tell you, this company has really got the spot removal in laundry. I drop off or they pick it up. The cost is so low I go there 3-5 times a week. Why look for the old fluff and fold, these people have the best in fluff and fold. Get there on a monday and its fast, friday and its slow.
