Action Resume and Secretarial Services

She completed a Resume for us and now refuses to redo it as it is a cluttered mess!! She said that she likes it and thinks it is good and so therefore, will charge us more to redo it. her name is Chris and she has poor customer Service and she will not fix it if you dont like it either, but if you want to pay more money to her she will fix it. We also had two other professional resume writers look at it and they both said that they would not submit it to any employer.
