Some companies stand behind their adviice and what they sell. Want a good example? Go to REI. Some companies don't. Want an example? Wireless Toyz in Roseville, California. They'll tell you you have 30 days to bring back an unused item in its original packaging. But what if you have to take it out of its packaging to see that it's the wrong item? What if you have to use it to learn how i lousy it is? AND HOW ABOUT THIS: The "warranty" requires you to bring the product you want to return TO THE STORE WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT Think about it. Gas is $3 a gallon, and your time is worth more than zero. If you don't live very close to the store, are you really going to make a special trip trip to Roseville to return the item? Not likely. What IS likely is that Wireless Toyz in Roseville will keep the profit from its bad product or bad advice. And they might just outdo themselves in the rudeness department in the process.
