This company violated parts of our rental contract. We requested a pre-move inspection that they did not do. They didn't notify us of any needed repairs within the legal timeframe. They didn't afford us the opportunity to fix these "needed" repairs. We also requested they give us copies of the contracts and itemized receipts for these repairs that were done. They did not give us these copies nor have they responded. They also have done/do business as Capital SouthWest Inc., SouthWest Funding (PO Box 519). They have a PO Box 2278. The business owners/brokers/office managers are Robert (Bob) Galberth and Laura Dodd. They have done business in Las Vegas. Their websites are very generic and aren't very functional. This business deserves no stars, but one star is the lowest rating. They are like a front for an illegal operation, as it has always seemed that real estate is not their #1 priority. They have inexperienced laborers do routine maintenance around the house and go after both the landlord and tenant for repair costs. They violated two sections of our rental contract and kept $1000 of our security deposit without proper justification. Stay away!!! ...read more
