VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN I INSURED MY TRUCK WITH THIS AGENCY I GAVE THEM A COPY OF MY PREVIOUS POLICY AND TOLD THEM THAT I WANTED THE SAME EXACT COVERAGE WHICH HAD A ZERO COMPERHENSIVE DEDUCTIBLE 8 MONTHS LATER I HAD A CRACKED WINDSHIELD AND WAS TOLD THAT MY DEDUCTIBLE WAS $500. ON OCTOBER 6 2015 I GOT A NOTICE FROM THE DMV OF NOT HAVING INSURANC, I CONTACTED THIS AGENCY 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AS OF NOVENBER 15 2015 THIS MATTER IS STILL NOT RESOLVE.
