The guys out at Mirage Pool Service are great. We tried others before we called Adam and team to care for our pool and Jacuzzi and never looked back. I've known Adam for two or three years now, as my pool man. He came in cheaper than the guy before him and he immediately showed he was a superior pool cleaner. If my pool turns a strange color because my neighbor's kid jumped in before showering off after he's been in the lake, I can count on Adam and Mirage Pools can get it right and clean with little trouble or expense in a short period of time. Islander Pools recently dealt with a leak I had but they followed up with me so I had to follow up to know whether or not the issue was resolved. They let me know then that hit was taken care of. Then, one of their sales representatives was supposed to show me how to do the pool system but he left the company around that time so it took longer for me to meet someone about the system. When I first moved into my house in Riverside a couple years ago, I didn’t have any experience in maintaining a pool. So I decided that it was best left to the professionals. After several unsuccessful appointments, where the company never even showed up, I found Mirage Pool Service. Adam Miller and his crew came to the rescue. The guy is awesome!!! My pool always looks crisp and pristine. I tried talking my friend into hiring him but he is cheap. This, to me, makes no sense because I have to help him with the multiple trips to the pool supply store to buy testing kits, chemicals, brushes, nets, etc. etc. etc. Me, I just sit back and once a week Mirage Pool Service comes by, does their thing and I worry about nothing. When stuff breaks, like the pool basket, the filter cover, or anything else, Mirage Pool replaces it and sends me the bill. This was my first time using Islander Pools. I found out about them through mutual friends. They worked on a landscaping project for us. Everything turned out really well. If they had taken more time, one thing would have turned out a bit better. He can not repair any problems you have with your pool. He tried to fix my pool with a new return line and put it to close to the skimmer so the pool water never got circulated. When I called him on it he admitted the plumbing needed to be redone but does not want to give any credit or refund. says that is your problem. I would never use him again And I warn everyone else to stay away. His work is not 100% Guaranteed like he says cause after the work is done you cant get a hold of him.
