This place is a rip off!!!! they say on the DOJ website their processing fee in $10.00 and when you call in or go in they quote you a higher rate. My livescan should have been $61.00 but instead he tried to charge me $75.00 and he made up other charges. I have made a complaint to the Department of Justice. ...read more

Where do i begin ? The owner as well as whoever the young and ugly female co-conspirator he has "Working" for him, are priceless... They tried to tell me today, straight faced, that nobody can ship via UPS ANYTHING out of his store, if you ALREADY have an existing UPS account number. Translation : if you want to ship there, be prepared for them to FLEECE you using what is not a reasonable rate. It WILL be padded. If they cant fleece you, then its "go elsewhere" yet, the UPS store 2 miles away on Magnolia 2 miles away ( who are tremendous by the way) CAN AND WILL ship using the customer UPS # and were not thrilled that the swami at the Arlington location's claims that " there isnt another store 2 miles away" yet i'm there 10 to 12 days per month... Summary : Ship at this store at your own risk, be prepared to be treated like a mark, and you WILL be overcharged on principle. Mentioning that i spent $ 7k per month w/ UPS did nothing, either...
