Dominique and her team were contracted for a live nativity drive thru for 3 days. They arrived late with the animals all three days. The workers she brought with her were rude and unfriendly. Dominique promised to deliver more than she was able to actually do. The last night was the worst when right in the middle of pictures her workers got up and walked off with the camels. We had already arranged with Dominique to take pictures after the event and she had said that was fine, but she allowed her workers to determine that time was up. I contacted Astro Jump on the Tuesday before my event that was to occur on Sunday. They told me that they needed additional contact information to acquire the necessary property damage insurance. This was provided the same day. The contact information was for my father-in-law, as he represents the homeowners' association. He was not contacted until Friday. He provided the information, however, due to Astro Jump's procrastination, the insurance was not properly filled out as their broker (on the East Coast) had closed. The responsible thing to do would have been to immediately contact me and let me know the situation so I could arrange alternate entertainment for my daughter's party. Instead, I wasn't contacted until 6PM on the night before the event! The owner accused me of failing to provide the correct contact info. He apparently did not know I was related to the contact! Bottom line, RUN! Based on my interactions with the owner, I wouldn't trust this guy with my child's safety. ...read more
