I if I could rate 0 I would My son purchased this home and this was the worse experience I have had working with a real estate agent and his team. After endure through the purchase we recorded Friday, they have no keys to hand over or garage door opener. The TC tells me no problem the lock box will be on the door till you pick up keys. Two days later we drive allthe way to house from Orange County and the car is over heating and the lock box is taken off, there is a key, but the key does not fit. I call the agent Julio Sandoval who sold us the property & he tells me lock boxs get stolen!! Are you kidding! The house had be for sale for how long and the lock box never was stolen in all that time??? Do you think maybe your "TEAM" took off the box and left the keys and didn't even have the decentcy to call and ask the office why the keys were still there. Only two days??? We will never purchase a property from this company again! And we can't believe they have scripture on there e-mail!! ...read more
