I've had a lot of work on my 3 vehicles over the last 3 years and they always get vehicle in and out of shop in a reasonable time and the cost has been at or below estimate. Michael is by far the BEST mechanic, EVER! He is very nice, personable, knows Lexus, Toyota & Scion front to back, inside and out, and is HONEST! Being someone who isn't quick to trust, that's saying a lot! Every time I bring in my Lexus, I am greeted with a smile and am able to rest-assured that my car is in good hands. Michael lets me know what needs to be taken care of that day and which services can wait. Everything from the certified master technicians to the high-tech equipment at the shop is better than the quality at the dealerships!.. AND the prices are much lower and you don't have to wait forever to get your car in or out! I have a 1979 Honda Civic and they keep it alive. He has to shop around to find parts and several times has used other make parts that he knows to fix. Notifies you of needed preventative issues and lets you make the choice. Knows cars - needs a secretary always getting calls, that is small price to pay for such experience. ...read more
