Thank you Cade and Jamie at Imagine Auto Glass! You guys helped me sooo much in making a decision not just based on price. I learned so much about windshields in the 5 minutes I spent on the phone and then when Cade came out to replace my windshield he was timely, clean attire and very knowledgeable and personable. Horrible customer service!!! My windshield was completely flawed, it was like a fun house mirror! When I took it back the woman in the office was very rude and didn't even acknowledge the inconvenience of having to go back yet again at a later time to have a new one put in. They should inspect their windshields BEFORE installing them!! I do not recommend going there if you prefer professionalism and good customer service. ...read more
