Really appreciated everything Bill did for me. He was going to teach me how to adjust the action on the keys so I could save money and ended up doing them all for me! Bill has been caring for our piano since we moved here in 2002. He cares about his work and is always available for questions and emergencies. How often does the violin player tune his/her violin? Answer: Every time they play it. How often does the guitar player tune his/her guitar? Answer: Every time they play it. The Violin has 4 strings; the guitar either 6 or 12 strings. A piano contains approximately 225 strings, so why would you think you only need to tune the piano every 5 to 10 years????? A piano needs tuned every 6 months like it or not. Do not call the piano tuner expecting to receive a concert tuning when you have not tuned your piano for the past 5 years. It's not going to happen.
